There’s something about early mornings that just feel right with a Run Club.
The route starts here with everything else. Early Miles. Slow Brews.
Each Ticket gains 1 person access to the event on 7th June 2026.

We’re bringing together Saint Virgo, Styrkr, and The Old Dairy for a run club morning built around more than just distance.
It’s about movement, community, and understanding how to fuel properly, whether you’re chasing performance or just showing up for yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A relaxed, inclusive run designed for all abilities.
No pressure on pace. No expectations. Just movement.
We’ll run together, regroup together, and finish back at The Old Dairy.
Post-run, we slow it down:
- Free filtered coffee on us
- Time to connect with the community
- A chance to learn more about endurance fuel with Styrkr
- Free Water Bottle & Goodies for each runner (must have a ticket)
