We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your SAINT VIRGO purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase
How do I make a return?
Visit your Account Page within our website, navigate to the order you wish to return, follow the instructions to process your return.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
Any item purchased within 14 days from the date of purchase. Complying with your Consumer Contracts Regulations.
In unused and resellable condition.
In the original packaging with all the tags intact, not worn or washed.
If an item is faulty / incorrect when it arrives we will issue a full refund/replacement and the return shipping will be at our expense, reach out to us within 14 days of purchase, post 14 days we can not accept.
Product Condition
Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn or washed. Please ensure that when you try your items on that you are not wearing strong aftershaves or scents, that all product tags remain in tact, and that the item is unworn and in a resellable condition.
Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse.
We can not be responsible for any post purchase product care.
It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.
What items are non-refundable?
Discounted/Sales Items
We can only offer refunds on sale items if the item is faulty.
Bespoke & Non-returnable Items
Items that are hand finished or subject to a manual process that produces a bespoke garment are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these items are final.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any socks/underwear.
Can the items be exchanged?
Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.
Discounts & Credit
All credit and discount offers are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Unless specifically stated, discounts cannot be combined, or applied consecutively to the same order; this includes any promotional or site-wide events such as Black Friday. Some exclusions may apply to selected products and collections, which will be stated clearly. Discount offers may only be applicable to specific items / collections, and cannot be extended to other product range.
Please note that discount codes cannot be replenished after a return is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent / an abuse of a discount code.
Free Gifts & Promotion Products
Please note if you are returning your whole order (and not the gift), we
reserve the right to charge full retail price for the gift. This does not
apply to exchanges.
This amount will be deducted from any refund due back to you for the
returned items.
What are the refund options?
Refund to the original payment method.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund request can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
Return cost will at buyers expense.
