What is the return policy?
What items are returnable?
Any item purchased within 14 days from order fulfilment date. Complying with your Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- In unused and resellable condition.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact, not worn or washed.
- Items must sent back in a timely manor, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
If an item is faulty / incorrect when it arrives we will issue a full refund/replacement and the return shipping will be at our expense, reach out to us within 14 days of purchase, post 14 days we can not accept.
Can the items be returned?
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your SAINT VIRGO purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase
How do I make a return?
Visit your Account within our website, navigate to the order you wish to return, select the item/items you want to return and follow the instructions to process your return.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Can the items be exchanged?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item for a new size or an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.

Product Condition
Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn or washed.
- Please ensure that when you try your items on that you are not wearing strong aftershaves or scents, that all product tags remain in tact, and that the item is unworn and in a resellable condition.
- Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse.
We can not be responsible for any post purchase product care.
It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.
What items are non-refundable?

Bespoke & Non-returnable Items
Items that are hand finished or subject to a manual process that produces a bespoke garment are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these items are final.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any socks/underwear.
Discounts & Credit
All credit and discount offers are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Unless specifically stated, discounts cannot be combined, or applied consecutively to the same order; this includes any promotional or site-wide events such as Black Friday. Some exclusions may apply to selected products and collections, which will be stated clearly. Discount offers may only be applicable to specific items / collections, and cannot be extended to other product range.
Please note that discount codes cannot be replenished after a return is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent / an abuse of a discount code.
What are the refund options?
Refund to the original payment method or store credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received back and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund request can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I ship back the items?

Free Gifts & Promotion Products
Please note if you are returning your whole order (and not the gift), we
reserve the right to charge full retail price for the gift.
This amount will be deducted from any refund due back to you for the
returned items.

We ship worldwide and rates are calculated based on country and weight.

Royal Mail 24-48 hours next day service.
Order under £75 - £4.95
Order over £75 - Shipping will be free. (excluding collaboration items)

EVRi Standard 7 - 10 business/postage days £9.99

When will I get my order?
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2-7 working days from date of purchase.
To reduce carbon every order is custom made and packaged so delivery can vary but we keep you updated all the way.
Order Process
Once your payment is complete you will receive your confirmation via email. You will find your order number, extra info and e-receipt in the email.
Please note this may go to your junk/spam.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is believed to be fraudulent / an abuse of a discount code.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about an order please email hello@saintvirgo.com and if we have not yet shipped your item we will process the cancellation and offer you a full refund.
It's important to let us know ASAP if you change your mind.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing the order number, you can use this and your email address to track your order on our track my order page

Items that are hand finished or subject to a manual process that produces a bespoke garment are not eligible for returns or exchange. Discounts cannot be applied to these limited collection items, unless clearly stated, purely to benefit those behind these projects. All sales on these items are final.
Product Imagery
Please be aware that some colours of the products shown in the pictures in our store can differ from their actual colour, this is out of our control and due to garment dye batch runs. Some product images have been enhanced using our product image process, we cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
Please be sure to read all relevant information regarding site-wide events, as we cannot be held responsible if they are skipped.
Can I cancel/withdraw my order?
If we have not yet shipped your item you can cancel your order in your account and we will process the cancellation and offer you a full refund.
